Matthew Reily (Owner / Chief Executive Officer)

For over 10 years Matthew Reily has been developing and implementing software solutions. From large scale enterprise management software implementations to custom web application development, Matthew has a wealth of experience using technology to improve business. In his role as Pragmatic Consultants' Chief Software Architect, he employs his experience to bring together people, processes, and technology into practical, business-minded solutions. Matthew received both Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. He is a Microsoft Certified .NET Application and Solution Developer. Prior to starting Pragmatic Consultants, Matthew was a Software Architect / Project Manager for Phase 2 Interactive and a Senior Programmer Analyst at Metavante (formerly Advanced Financial Solutions). Prior to his software career, Matthew served in the United States Navy where he learned the importance of attention to detail and loyality.

Cami Reily (Owner / Chief Operating Officer)

Cami Reily has been independently gathering and analyzing customer requirements through extensive Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, creating functional specifications with use cases based on customer requirements for high complexity projects as well as writing and executing test plans for software solutions for over 8 years. As Pragmatic Consultants' Senior Business Analyst, she applies these disciplines to produce high-quality, results-oriented solutions that meet the customer's needs. Cami graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Finance and received a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.
